Account & Sign-In Help

  • Verify your phone number can receive SMS OTP messages.
  • Retry on a stable connection if OTP delivery is delayed.
  • If login issues continue, contact support with your phone region and timestamp of your last attempt.

Delete Your Account

  • Open digi-cam and go to Settings.
  • Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
  • The deletion workflow runs in stages: requested -> processing -> completed/failed.
  • If you cannot access your account, email afkswitz@gmail.com.

Report Abuse or Safety Issues

  • Use in-app report controls on users, posts, comments, or messages.
  • Use block controls to stop direct interaction.
  • For urgent safety issues, include screenshots and links in your support request.

Permissions and Device Settings

  • Contacts permission is optional and used for people matching.
  • Photo Library permission is required to upload media.
  • Notification permission is required for push alerts.
  • Apple Music access is optional for music-enhanced posts.
